When the concept of Sortie was first imagined, it could have easily carried the name of a legendary aircraft — Rafale, Sukhoi, MIG-21, Mirage, Harrier, De Havilland. Each has shaped aviation history.

But the Ajwain Sortie was never designed to borrow identity from a machine.

Sortie is a tribute to the pilot — the airman whose discipline, resolve, and judgment define the mission. The human mind behind the aircraft. The courage behind the technology.

Designed Around Transition

Sortie represents transition.

Though an analog mechanical watch with luminous hands, its hour indices are styled in the form of seven-segment LED displays — a deliberate nod to the evolution from analog cockpit instruments to digital interfaces.

It bridges eras of aviation.

The high double-curved sapphire crystal rises above the dial, reminiscent of a fighter aircraft canopy — protective, aerodynamic, and purposeful.

The blue fumé dial transitions from a vibrant center to darker outer edges, creating dimensional depth while preserving legibility.

Modern Construction

Available in brushed and polished stainless steel or black PVD, each case option enhances the personality of the watch without compromising its clarity.

The proportions are engineered for balanced wrist presence — contemporary, yet restrained.

Sortie is not about spectacle.
It is about intent, transition, and human precision.
